Dual-station UV laser marking machine unveiled: one device achieves dual breakthroughs in "efficiency + precision", empo

2025-12-08

Our newspaper reports that a new type of ultraviolet dual-head laser marking machine, integrating "simultaneous operation at two stations" and "ultraviolet cold light non-destructive engraving", has recently been officially launched onto the market. This equipment, with its efficiency advantage of "one machine equals two" and its precise adaptability to multiple materials, has become a new choice for upgrading production processes in industries such as 3C electronics, medical devices, and packaging.
Dual spray heads + dual workstations: directly doubling production capacity, achieving more significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement
Unlike traditional single-head laser marking machines, this equipment is equipped with dual UV laser nozzles and supports two modes: "simultaneous operation" and "independent operation". It can simultaneously mark two areas of the same product, and also handle two different workpieces in parallel.
"Taking the marking of mobile phone cases for 3C accessory factories as an example, the traditional single-head equipment has a daily production capacity of about 5,000 pieces, while this dual-station equipment can easily exceed 12,000 pieces," the technical leader of the equipment manufacturer explained. Equipped with high-precision servo guide rails and intelligent positioning system, the equipment achieves a marking accuracy of ±0.01mm, doubling efficiency while fully meeting the quality requirements of precision machining.
In addition, the equipment is equipped with an independent industrial chiller (CWIV-40), which enables 24-hour continuous and stable operation, meeting the high-intensity demands of factory mass production.
Ultraviolet luminescence technology: a "fine carving tool" for fragile materials
This device utilizes 355nm ultraviolet laser technology, which enables it to control the heat-affected zone within 0.02mm. This characteristic allows it to achieve "non-destructive engraving" on the surfaces of fragile materials such as plastic, glass, ceramics, and PCB boards.
"Like logos on the glass back cover of mobile phones and scale markings on medical devices, traditional fiber laser marking is prone to issues such as overheating and deformation, while ultraviolet cold light technology can perfectly avoid such losses," revealed the head of the manufacturer's marketing department. Currently, the equipment has passed GMP production standard tests conducted by some medical device companies and can be directly applied to the marking and processing of high-precision medical consumables.
Full coverage across multiple industries: from 3C digital products to food packaging, seamless scenario adaptation
From the perspective of practical application scenarios, the adaptability of this device covers multiple fields:
3C digital industry: Simultaneously complete the marking of logos and serial numbers on phone cases to enhance brand identity consistency;
In the field of medical devices: Precisely engraving the scale of syringes and the numbering of surgical knives to meet the compliance requirements of medical products;
Packaging industry: providing high-speed QR code printing for food packaging and cosmetics bottles, facilitating product traceability;
Electronic component processing: Marking PCB boards and chip pins to meet the refined needs of the electronic manufacturing industry.
"After introducing this equipment, our labor cost in the marking process has decreased by 50%, while our production capacity has more than doubled," said the head of a 3C accessory factory. The dual-station design has significantly improved the processing efficiency for small batches of orders with multiple product categories.
Industry insiders believe that the launch of this UV dual-head laser marking machine reflects the trend of "high efficiency + precision" in industrial marking equipment, and is expected to become a cost-effective choice for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to upgrade their production chains.
